How to Place an Order – Step-by-Step Guide

A clear, simple guide to help you easily submit your first order.

Step 1 – Upload Your Images

 

Paste the link to your photos

In the “Your Photos Link” field, paste the link to your uploaded images.

We recommend using services like Google Drive, Dropbox, or any upload tool that allows you to share a public link.

 

Make sure your files are set to “Anyone with the link can view” so we can access them.

Step 2 – Select Delivery Speed

 

Choose how fast you’d like your images delivered

Options include:

• Regular
• Quick
• Instant

Each delivery speed has:

• A different timeframe
• An extra cost per image
• A maximum image limit per order

 

Important:

Each delivery speed has its own MAX ORDER limit. These limits vary based on the service you choose.

Select Number of Images

 

Use the slider to choose how many images you want retouched.

The number you select is your total image count for this order.

The maximum allowed (shown next to MAX ORDER) depends on the delivery option you picked.

If needed, you can place another order immediately.

Note:

We always aim to deliver closer to the shortest time in each range, depending on your order and our current queue.

Step 3 – Add Extra Retouching Options

(Optional)

 

Need more customization for your edits?

Each service may offer extra retouching features you can add to enhance your results.

These options are priced per image and added to your total based on how many images you selected.

 

Descriptions for each extra option are available on the service page.

Step 4 – Select Output Format

 

Choose your preferred file format for delivery.

You can select from:

• TIFF
• PSD
• JPEG

Your retouched images will be delivered in the exact format you choose.

 

Not sure which format to pick?

JPEG is ideal for web and sharing.

PSD and TIFF are best for high-quality printing or further editing.

Step 5 – Add Special Requests

(Optional)

 

Need something specific?

Use this box to write any notes for your order — for example:

• “Please clean the background in image DS-133”
• “Focus more on blemishes in the second photo”
• “Clean up clothing wrinkles in the last image”

Important:

Requests must match the level of detail your selected service allows.

For example, high-detail changes are only supported in services like Beauty, not Light.

Step 6 – Upload Reference Images

(Optional)

Help us match your vision!

You can upload up to two reference images:

• One for skin retouching style
• One for color mood or overall look

 

Please note:

• Max size: 10MB per image
• Accepted formats: common image files (JPG, PNG, etc.)

 

Use clear, well-lit references that reflect the look you want.
