Before Submission

Here’s what you need to know before submitting your images:

1. Double-check your images: Before uploading, make sure your images are exactly what you want. We’re not responsible for any mistakes you make in choosing the wrong photos.
2. File formats: We accept any image format like JPEG, PNG, etc., but if you’re using a professional camera, we highly recommend sending us the RAW file. This format gives us the highest quality for retouching, ensuring better results.
3. Image size matters: If you choose to submit images in formats like JPEG or PNG, make sure they are a good size. We’ll retouch your images at the size they are submitted. If they are small, we will still retouch them, but the quality may be limited.
4. Upload center: If you’re using an upload center (e.g., WeTransfer, Google Drive), make sure the link is public. If it’s private, we’ll notify you through our ticket system. Keep in mind, this may delay your order delivery.
5. Communicate your style: Your style and mood are crucial to us! Use the “Any Special Requests?” field to tell us exactly what you need. If you’re unsure, feel free to mark areas on your images to show what should be edited.
6. Image quality: High ISO, underexposed, overexposed, or shaky photos are harder to retouch. If your image quality is low, our retouching might not be as effective.
7. Final file format: In the order section, choose your final image format carefully. We deliver images in a flattened format, S-RGB color space, and cannot provide open layer files.Please refer to the Refund section in our

Terms and Conditions for more details on refunds if we can’t retouch your images.

After Delivery

Once your images are delivered, here’s what you need to know:

1. Download your images on time: We typically deliver via WeTransfer or Google Drive. Please download your images within one week as the links will expire.
2. Satisfaction guarantee: We want you to be happy! If you’re not satisfied with the result, you can request a one-time re-edit
3. within 24 hours after receiving your images. After requesting a re-edit, we’ll notify you of the new delivery schedule via our ticket system.

Additional edits: If you need more edits after receiving your images, you’ll need to submit a new order.

We Do Not Offer the Following Edits on Images

Please note that while we specialize in high-quality retouching and image enhancement, we do not offer the following services:

1. Typography: We do not offer any typographic or text-based edits such as adding or modifying text in your images.
2. Complete Image Restoration: We do not specialize in full image restoration of severely damaged or old photos (e.g., removing large tears or restoring faded prints). Our expertise is in improving and enhancing existing images rather than full restorations.
3. Graphic Design: While we focus on photo retouching and enhancement, we do not provide graphic design services such as creating logos, brochures, or any other design-heavy projects.
4. Coloring Black-and-White Photos: We do not offer colorization of black-and-white images. Our services focus on enhancing the quality, sharpness, and overall look of images rather than transforming them into entirely different formats.
5. 3D Modeling or Animation: We do not handle 3D modeling or any animated image creation. Our services are strictly limited to still image retouching.
6. Video Editing or Post-Production: We do not provide any video editing or post-production services, such as cutting, trimming, adding effects, or enhancing video content. Our focus is solely on still image retouching.

Updating These Terms

We may update these terms anytime. All changes are effective as soon as they are posted on the site. If you don’t agree with the updated terms, you must stop using our website and services.
